Morelli have been creating Italian pasta since 1860 in San Romano, Tuscany. A family-run company, 5^th-generation, siblings Lucia, Antonio and Marco, are currently preserving the traditions their ancestors put in place. The secret lies in the wheat germ! Morelli utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ, the heart of the grain of wheat, into durum wheat semolina to create their pasta with a taste and aroma of wheat that is unique from common types of pasta. Not only does this make the pasta extraordinarily delicious, but also significantly healthier owing to the naturally occurring nutrients and vitamins.

Lustenberger 1862 is Le Superbe's flagship cheese, made with the same age-old recipe and technique as traditional Swiss Gruyere, except 100% vegetarian. The cheese is crafted by hand with the best Swiss milk, from cows who only eat fresh herbs and hay. This gives the cheese its characteristic nutty, sweet and tangy flavour. 

The cheese is matured under the watchful eye of master cheesemakers for at least 180 days in the Lustenberger family cellar before it is ready to be enjoyed.

For over 155 years, Lustenberger & Dürst and its Le Superbe brand have stood for the fine art of Swiss cheesemaking. The John Ross Jr Balmoral Fillet is the Rolls Royce of Smoked Salmon. The long, juicy fillet comes from the crown of the salmon and is the most tender and flavourful part of the fish. Each piece comes in a beautiful box, making it an ideal gift for those gourmand friends and family. It is ready to eat, just slice thick slices and serve with a squeeze of lemon, dollop of creme fraiche, and a crack of black pepper. 

Using red brick kilns dating back to their founding, master smokers hang the salmon over smoldering fires of oakwood. This rare cold-smoking method, along with a traditional curing process, produces a salmon that is rich and succulent. The end product melts in the mouth.

The salmon is locally sourced from the cold clear waters of the Atlantic, and processed with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. It is freshly packed and flash frozen. Store in the freezer at all times, and thaw for a few hours in the refrigerator before consuming.

Tulip's Corned Pork is made by brining fresh Danish pork with large-grained rock salt (originally called "corns" of salt - thus the name!), sugar and spices. After the meat is cured in the brine it is tender and packed with flavour. It is gently cooked, coarsely ground for a chunky texture, and moulded into the tin so it can be easily sliced and enjoyed.

Slice thin slices of corned pork and pile it high on sourdough bread with sharp mustard for a mouthwatering sandwich. Chop it and add it to a salad, or slice it thick and pan sear it to add to your favourite fried rice, noodles, or Korean Kimchi stew.
